摘 要：十九大以后，我国进入了决胜全面建成小康社会、夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利的关键时期，人才培养十分重要。文章通过强调第二课堂在高校育人工作中的重要作用，提出了第二课堂建设原则；并以北京师范大学珠海分校外国学院为例，介绍了第二课堂建设举措与第二课堂育人效果。最后，文章建议，各高校应当综合考虑自身情况，将显性教育与隐性教育结合起来，促进大学生德智体美劳全面发展，真正达到以人为本、实现全人教育的育人目标。希望对其他高校的第二课堂建设有所借鉴。

Abstract： The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a meeting of great importance taking place during the decisive stage in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and at a critical moment as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era， during which time the talent cultivation is of great significance. This paper emphasizes the importance of the function of the second class in higher education and puts forward the principles for the construction of the second class. At the end of the paper， it suggests that universities should take its own condition into consideration， combining explicit education and implicit education to help students to have integrated development， which is expected to be used as a reference for other universities to construct the second class.

引言

目前，我国发展处于重要战略机遇期，优秀人才的不断输送是发展的必要条件。高校作为人才培养的重要阵地，必须在加强大学生专业能力的同时，牢固树立其共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想，培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。而除了第一课堂的育人途径，第二课堂作为第一课堂的有效补充，对于在高校内深化中国特色社会主义和中国梦宣传教育，进一步加强大学生爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育具有重要意义。因此，高校应当重视并充分利用第二课堂的育人效果。
