摘 要 在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下，本文结合高等院校教学现状，提出建立培养创新人才多元化教学模式，并进行相关研究；在教学中，保证提高学习能力的同时，增强学生的创新意愿和创新能力培养，为国家建设输出优秀的人才。

Research on Diversified Teaching Mode of Cultivating Innovative Talents

Abstract Under the popular trend of "entrepreneurship and innovation"， this paper， based on the analysis of the current situation of teaching in colleges and universities， introduces a diversified teaching mode of cultivating innovative talents and elaborates relevant research. The outcome of teaching should be adjusted to focus on cultivating students' innovative sense and ability as well as enhancing their learning ability， which addresses the demand of the development of our country.

0 引言

当前，“大众创业、万众创新”的提出引起了社会相关各部门的广泛关注，并充分激发各行业从业人员的创造力，促进社会更进一步的发展，它也成为实现祖国强盛、人民富裕的重要途径。创业创新已经成为时代潮流，它能够汇聚经济社会发展的强大动能，鼓舞全国人民积极创新，努力创业。而在校大学生是最具有创新能力的群体，他们年轻有为，精力旺盛，正处在最具有创造力的年龄段；他们最容易接受新生事物，并具有超前意识；为了更好地培养和发挥年轻人的创新能力，国务院办公厅印发《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》，要求完善人才培养质量标准；创新人才培养机制；健全创新创业教育课程体系；改革教学方法和考核方式；强化创新创业实践。高等院校作为培养培育人才的摇篮，对具有创新能力的大学生的培养起着举足轻重的作用，教师也担负着创新人才培养的神圣使命，在此时代背景下，高等院校应当顺应潮流，主动进行教学改革，从宏观到微观进行相应的变革，将创新人才的培养落实到具体教学环节，为创新人才的培养做出贡献。……
