摘 要 目前，大部分的高职院校都将新生入馆教育工作作为一项常规工作在进行，但这项工作到底有没有收到预期的效果呢？到底对学生起到多大的作用呢？教育的模式是否符合新生的需求呢？在实践工作中发现，很多新生在入馆教育结束后再次来图书馆还是一样不会利用图书馆的各项资源或是在利用的过程中存在各种问题，导致图书馆的各项资源利用率低下，造成资源的浪费，这就从侧面反映出新生入馆教育模式的不足之处，需要高职院校图书馆不断总结和探索，突破传统的教育方式，不断创新和完善现有的新生入馆教育模式，提高教育的效果和质量，最终达到让读者充分利用图书馆资源的目的。

Abstract At present， most of the higher vocational colleges regard admission education as a regular job， but did the work receive the expected results In the end to students how much effect Is the mode of education in line with the needs of new students In practice， it is found that many freshmen come to the library again after entering the end of education， or they will not use the various resources of the library or have problems in the process of using them， resulting in various resource utilization of the library Low， resulting in the waste of resources， which reflects the inadequacies of the education model of freshmen admission from the side， the need for higher vocational colleges and universities to continue to summarize and explore， break through the traditional methods of education， continuous innovation and improve the existing new students into Library education model to improve the effectiveness and quality of education， and ultimately to allow readers to make full use of library resources purposes.

高職院校图书馆是高职院校的文献信息中心，是大学生在学校的第二课堂，是体现教书育人、管理育人和服务育人“三育人”理念的重要场所。新生入馆教育目前已经成为高职院校图书馆服务学生读者的常规性和周期性的工作，而通过这一工作可以让新生快速了解图书馆的地理位置、服务内容、馆藏资源等大概情况，为新生在后期的学习生活中更好地利用图书馆打下坚实的基础，填补学生自身利用图书馆能力的空白，激发其在学习上的主动性和创新性，培养良好的阅读习惯，进而促进自我知识更新和提高信息素养水平，特别是在我国，学生在上大学之前由于学业繁重，都很少接触图书馆，更不用说真正使用图书馆。……
