摘 要 佛山市政府在推进现代学徒制过程中发挥了积极作用，形成了特色鲜明的现代学徒制人才培养模式。文章主要以佛山职业技术学院为例，介绍了现代学徒制人才培养的目标、内容、方式、师资以及质量评价体系，并提出了通过加强政府支持、加强经费支持、加强平台建设构建现代学徒制质量保障体系。

Research and Practice of Modern Apprenticeship in Foshan

Abstract Foshan municipal government in promoting the process of modern apprenticeship played a positive role in the formation of a distinctive modern apprenticeship talent training model. This paper introduces the objectives， contents， methods， teachers and quality evaluation system of the modern apprenticeship talents， and puts forward the suggestions of strengthening the platform construction and strengthening the quality of modern apprenticeship by strengthening the government support and strengthening the financial support.

現代学徒制是在校企合作基础上，以学生（学徒）的培养为核心，以学校和企业的协同参与为载体，以教师和企业师傅的言传身教为依托的人才培养模式。2014年8月，教育部颁布《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》（教职成[2014]9号），2015年8月，教育部公布首批现代学徒制试点单位，其中佛山市作为全国17个试点地区之一试点现代学徒制。佛山现代学徒制试行以来，从政府层面到校企层面积极探索，大胆实践，2014年，佛山职业技术学院作为广东省现代学徒制首批试点单位在酒店管理专业率先开展现代学徒制招生。同时佛山市三水区中职学校也利用三水工业园区区域优势开展现代学徒制实践，形成了特色鲜明，可供借鉴的现代学徒制实践经验。

1 政府角色分析

现代学徒制的实施牵扯企业和学校两个组织，必须由政府从顶层进行整体设计，才能调动学校和企业双方的积极性。许多西方发达国家将现代学徒制作为重要的国家发展战略，他们不仅出台了相关劳动和教育的法律政策，为学徒制提供法律保障；……
