摘 要 为了适应国家、社会发展对人才培养质量提出的新要求，高等教育应该不断根据社会发展以及本科教育教学的发展方向，尊重人才的培养成长规律，提出建立适应学生发展的新型人才培养体系。同时，实践教学方法也应该根据人才培养体系做出相应的改革，只有这样才能将本科培养体系真正落到实处，充分发挥其导向性作用。

A Study on the Reform of Practice Teaching Methods under the

New Undergraduate Training System

Abstract In order to adapt to the new requirements of country and society to cultivate the talents， higher education should constantly proposed the new training system according to social development， the direction of undergraduate education and talent growth law. At the same time， the practice teaching method should also make the corresponding reform according to the personnel training system. Only in this way can the undergraduate training system be carried out truly and give full play to its guiding role.

0 前言

人才培养体系是指在正确的教育思想指导下，结合先进的现代教育理论，按照满足社会需求的培养目标以先进的教学内容和课程体系、完备的教学方法和管理制度、科学的考试方法和评价方式，实施教育教学的全过程的总和。早在2008年清华大学根据自身的办学理念、建设世界一流大学战略目标和人才培养的总目标，在“985工程”一期本科教育教学体系建设的基础上，制定了二期人才培养项目规划和实施方案，并经过四年的实际建设，进一步加强了创新型的研究型大学人才培养体系。[1]文献[2，3，4] 对“研究型”大学本科人才培养体系进行了分析和总结，文献[5]对本科教学中创新人才培养体系进行了研究与实践：构建了“54321”的教学和管理体系，制定了网络化、开放式教学运行机制，改进了教学方法和手段，建立了多元化的考核体系和大学生设计创新实践基地，提出了教学中创新人才培养的一些新方法和途径。……
