摘 要 随着素质教育改革的深入，素质教育理念深入人心，人才培养的落脚点是其素质和能力的提升，成人教育比成才教育更重要。受社会主义市场经济的影响，学生德育素养整体滑坡严重，德育教育强化，三好人才教育实施具有现实必要性。本文以金浪中学三好人才培养的具体策略为指导，为德育教育及三好教育的创新优化指明了方向，也对学校高素质人才的培养提供指导与参考。

Abstract With the deepening of quality education reform， the concept of quality education is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The foothold of talent cultivation is the improvement of its quality and ability. Adult education is more important than talent education. Affected by the socialist market economy， the overall moral education of students is seriously deteriorating， moral education is intensified， and the implementation of the three-good talent education has practical necessity. This paper takes the specific strategy of the cultivation of three-good talents in Jinlang Middle School as the guide， points out the direction for the innovation and optimization of moral education and three-good education， and also provides guidance and reference for the cultivation of high-quality talents in schools.

社会的发展，国与国的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争，人才能力竞争是一方面，素质德育水平的比较也不可忽视。成才向成人的理念成为当前学校教育的一大导向，因此我们必须关注学生的心理道德教育，关注学生价值导向，特别是基于信息化的大背景，做好学生网络环境下成长的德育引导，价值观教育。金浪中学开展了三好人才培養计划，在实施中，通过爱国教育、艺术教育、学术教育、氛围营造等方式，实现了三好人才教育培训的贯彻实施，取得了理想预期，值得在更广的范围内推广。

1 加强德育教育，开展三好教育的必要性

随着社会的发展，我们从农业时代步入信息化时代。以前我们接受知识和教育，主要来源于老师、家长和榜样，其中老师的品行、家长的行为以及榜样的力量，很大程度上影响着一代人的成长。而我们现在获取信息的途径很多，除了以前的获取途径，还有网络、各种媒体等，网络信息内容良莠不齐，鱼龙混杂，从而影响着学生的品行，影响着新一代人的成长和发展。……
