摘 要：《义务教育数学课程标准》颁布起，我们的数学教育进入到了全新时代。“双基”变“四基”，“两能”变“四能”。作为“四基”之一的基本活动经验，也是第一次确切地在《课程标准》中出现。新北师大版数学教材编写组为了能更好帮助学生积累基本活动经验，让学生有足够的时间和空间经历观察、实验、猜测、计算、推理、验证等活动过程，在每一册教材中设计“数学好玩”单元。同时，在独生子女居多的21世纪，合作学习给学生创造了互相理解、学习。本文主要在合理安排小组成员的基本上，研究如何在有效开展小组合作的条件下，积累活动经验，玩好数学，获得成功的喜悦。

Abstract：From“The Compulsory mathematics curriculum standards”enacting，our math education into a new era.“Double base”is changed“four group”，“two energy”is changed“four energy”.As one of“four group”，the basic activity experience exactly appeared in the“curriculum standards”for the first time.In order to better help the students to accumulate experience in basic activities，so that students have enough time and space through observation，experiment，specul-ation，calculation，reasoning，verification processes and other activities，the new version of the Beijing Normal University Mathematics Textbook Group designed“Math fun”in each textbook unit.Simultaneously，in one child the majority of the 21st century，cooperative learning for students creates a mutual understa-nding and learning.In this paper，the team members are basically reasonable arrangements to study.The most important is how to accumulate experience.activities，play good at math，get the joy of success.

《课程标准》基本理念中指出，学生学习应当是一个生动活泼的、主动的和富有个性的过程。认真听讲、积极思考、动手实践、自主探索、合作交流等都是学习数学的重要方式。如何改变以往的应试教育，退出“填鸭式”教学，还学生一片主体性天空，做到教师组织、引导并一同合作呢？

一、小组合作学习

根据《课程标准》给予我们的理念，小组合作学习能为为学生的全面发展奠定一定的基础。

1.对学生的认知、情感、同伴关系、自信心以及人生观、价值观等产生积极影响。

2.小组合作学习与传统的班级授课制相比：

（1）优势互补，促进知识的建构。

（2）合作意识和能力得到充分的培养。

（3）在学习过程中减轻了压力、增强了自信心。

（4）增加了动手操作的机会，实践操作能力和创新能力有所提高。……
