【摘要】促进与服务青年学生创新创业工作已成为当前社会的最强音，是新时期高校共青团工作的重要任务。高校共青团要充分发挥自身有利条件，帮助青年学生提高创新创业素质和综合竞争力。本文立足于共青团的视角，梳理青年学生创新创业的相关概念，结合近年来的工作实践，不断探寻在青年学生创新创业过程中，高校共青团在发挥职责与作用方面的有利条件与“瓶颈”，理顺思路，并提出几点建议。

【Abstract】Promoting and serving students pioneering work is the focus of the work of the Communist Youth League （C.Y.L.）in higher education of the new era. The C.Y.L. of higher education should give full play to their own advantages to help students improve the quality of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and comprehensive competitiveness. This paper is based on the perspective of the C.Y.L.， and carding the related concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship of undergraduate. Combining the working practice in recent years， and continue to explore the advantages and disadvantages of C.Y.L. of undergraduate during the innovation and entrepreneurship， straighten out the idea， and putsforward some suggestions.

随着社会多元化、复杂化、市场化的进一步加强，青年就业创业难题日益凸显。高校共青团是一个以服务广大青年学生为己任、极具中国特色的专门组织机构。在“大众创业，万众创新”时代浪潮下，高校共青团如何适应新时代发展趋势，突破“瓶颈”，发挥自身独特有利条件，促进青年学生创新创业、实现创业带动就业，成为高校共青团促进青年学生创新创业亟待解决的问题。

一、高校共青团服务青年学生创新创业工作的有利条件
