摘 要 高职思政课教学体系的构建具有现实必然性，从根本上说，是由高职教育特点、高职人才培养目标定位、思政课课程属性和高职院校生源特征以及企业和个人职业发展需求等因素决定的，对于解决当前高职思政课教学中存在的问题，提高高职思政课教学的针对性和实效性，更好地服务于高职人才培养目标，具有重要的时代意义和实践必要性。

Abstract The construction of the teaching system of Ideological and political course is realistic and necessary， fundamentally speaking， is characterized by higher vocational education and higher vocational talents training target， decision factors of Ideological and political course attributes and characteristics of vocational college students and business and personal occupation development needs， to solve the current ideological and political course in teaching the problem， improve the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political course teaching， to better serve the training goal of higher vocational talents， has important significance and practical necessity.

1 高职思想政治理论课教学体系构建是由高职教育本质属性决定的

高等职业教育是我国高等教育的一个重要类型，具有高等性和职业性双重属性，因此高职思政课教学体系的构建既要遵循普通高等教育的一般规律，又要体现职业教育的特性。高职思政课如果只强调类型上的“职业性”，而忽视层次上的“高等性”，轻视理论、甚至取消理论，就会使得高职院校的学生知识积累过程过于简单，逻辑思维、批判性思维训练不足，缺少创业意识和创新精神，从而使得办学层次向中职教育的方向下移，培养的人才不仅缺乏自主学习的能力、职业迁移能力，而且也缺乏职场竞争力和可持续发展能力，因此高职教育的独特性也就很难确保。假如只是单方面的强调层次上的“高等性”而忽视类型上的“职业性”，一味追求所谓的学科性、理论性，就会失去针对性和吸引力，高职教育也就失去了它固有的特色和优势，就没有存在的意义了。……
