摘 要 远程教育在我国有数十年的发展历史，现代远程教育教学质量逐渐成为人们关注的重点，教学质量已经成为现代远程教育发展的重要“生命动力”，而要想实现教学质量的提高，建设一套教学质量管理体系是远程教育的当务之急，也是保障教学质量的重要手段。如何建设高效运转的教学质量管理体系，提高现代远程教育的教学水平，就要从教学质量管理内容、主体、方式这三个方面展开研究，分析当前我国远程教育教学质量的现状，根据具体的问题，尝试构建远程教育教学质量管理体系。

Abstract Distance education in the decades of development history of our country， the teaching quality of modern distance education has gradually become the focus of attention， the quality of teaching has become an important "life-power" the development of modern distance education， and to improve the teaching quality， the construction of a set of teaching quality management system is a pressing matter of the moment of distance education， but also an important means ensure the quality of teaching. The teaching quality management system how to build the efficient operation of the modern distance education， improve teaching level， teaching quality management is from the content， subject， way of research on these three aspects， the paper analyzes the current situation of distance education quality in our country， according to the specific problems， try to construct the teaching quality management system in distance education.

0 前言

近年来，远程教育逐渐兴起，成为人们进行学习的新方式。远程教育大大扩展了学生的学习空间，转变了学习方式，促进现代教育的发展。现代远程教育的发展，促进了我国的现代教育、终身教育的发展。现代远程教育包括学历教育和非学历教育，远程教育经历了三个发展阶段，最终走向现代的网络教育。

1 我国远程教育发展的现状

1.1 我国远程教育发展的优势

我国现代远程教育的主要方式是网络教育，以多媒体技术与互联网技术作为教育的核心技术，转变传统的教学模式，将教学空间无限扩大，便于教师与学生进行双向交流，远程教育以优质资源课和多种多样的学习方式获得人们的关注，远程教育的优势促进现代教育的发展。
