h 文章作者根据多年证券投资学课程的教学实践，对该课程在应用型大学中的改革提出几点思考。笔者认为应用型大学和普通大学在教学方法上应该有所区别。应用型大学面对的学生不一样，办学目的不一样，所以教学方法应该与之相适应。本文把该课程多年教学改革实践总结出来，本课程改革重点重视实验教学让学生学得会，带得走。同时提供学生实习实践机会，让学生真正做到理论联系实际。希望能够对于应用型大学中的证券投资学教学提供新思路。

Abstract Based on the teaching practice of securities investment course for many years， the author puts forward some thoughts on the reform of the course. The author thinks that the application of the University and the university should be different in teaching methods. Application oriented university students are not the same， the purpose is not the same， so the teaching method should be adapted. This paper summarizes the practice of teaching reform for many years， this course focuses on the importance of experimental teaching for students to learn， take. At the same time to provide students with internship opportunities， so that students really do theory with practice. 1 应用型大学的证券投资学教学目标

1.1 应用型大学的教学目标

目前民办大学和独立学院的大量出现，使得大学更加大众化。这类大学的办学目标也更加贴近实际。比如三亚学院的办学目标是：走进校园的目的是为了更好地走向社会。如何培养社会需要的人才，不仅是应用型大学办学者和老师正在思考的问题，同时也是这类大学的大学生們思考的问题。三本独立院校甚至普通二本学生的考研诉求不是很高。很多学生的学习目的就是能够实现就业，并且希望上课能听得懂，能学得会，能用得着，并能带得走。出于这样的目的，在多年的教学与实践中，笔者一直在寻找应用型大学证券投资学课程的改革思路。

1.2 证券投资学在应用型大学中的教学目标
