摘 要 国家科技的进步离不开理工科学生的培养，而理工科学生在当前社会，发展方向不再是专一型人才，而要发展为熟专业、懂工程、会经济的复合型人才。文章以理工科学生为对象，从理工科学生的特点、工程经济法的内容、复合型人才的培养等角度，探讨工程经济法设置的必要性及其意义，研究其对理工科学生的帮助。

Abstract The national science and technology progress cannot do without the cultivation of science and engineering students， and science students in the current society， the direction of development is no longer the only type of talents， talents and to develop professional engineering， understand， mature economy. Based on the science and engineering students as the object， from the economic law characteristics， students in science and engineering project content and compound talents training point of view， to explore the necessity and significance of setting the project of economic law， study the science and engineering students to help.

當今的世界，是经济与科技紧密结合的世界。国家对人才的需要，已经开始从传统的工程技术单一型人才，向懂经济、会工程、明管理的复合型人才过渡。

一名高素质的现代工程技术人才，不仅要有扎实的技术本领，更要有工程项目的决策能力，人员与资金分配的管理能力，以及了解企业未来发展的投资眼光。因此，工程经济法作为这个时代最需要的教育教学方法顺势而生，开始在理工科学生的培养过程中逐渐发挥作用。

1 工程经济法的内涵

工程经济法是一种立足于工程实践，将经济学与管理学融合，以技术为基础，管理为纽带，经济为目的的综合性教学方法。由于理工科学生缺乏经济学与管理学知识，而他们在实际工作中又经常会遇到处理相关问题的情况，工程经济法在理工科学生的教学过程中有着重要意义。工程经济法的教学目的主要有以下四个方面：
