摘 要 本文从我校实际出发，考虑该学科的生长点和原有的专业优势，拟通过专业建设研究，带动学科的发展建设，使学校有限的师资、实验设备等资源产生最大的效益。本专业的建设拟立足工程应用型的人才培养目标，拓展专业的生存发展空间，实现错位竞争，形成特色鲜明的人才培养模式，同时坚持走产学研相结合的道路，提升学科发展的内涵。

Abstract Based on the reality of our school， this paper intends to make the most benefit by the construction of specialties and the development of disciplines taking into account the growing point of the subject and the original professional advantages.It makes the school limited teachers， laboratory equipment and other resources to produce the greatest benefits. Based on the application of engineering talents training objectives， the construction of the vehicle subject expand the survival and development space to achieve dislocation competition. The distinct characteristics of personnel training mode is formed.At the same time， take the combination of production and research road to enhance the development of disciplines.

1 问题的提出

“十三五”时期我国将加快推进中西部干线、高铁、城铁、周边互联互通铁路境内段等重大项目建设，五年内预计新增铁路3万公里、其中高速鐵路达1.1万公里，预计到“十三五”结束，全国铁路营业总里程将突破15万公里。因此，对车辆工程专业的人才有重大需求，在专业人才的培养和建设过程中，不仅要抓住轨道交通快速发展的机遇，更应该肩负一种责任，体现出高铁新技术、新发展趋势，亟需培养出适应能力强、创新意识强和动手能力强的高水平技术人才，同时引领车辆工程走学科建设和专业发展良性循环的道路。

国内，开办车辆工程专业的院校很多，有职业技术类的、本科类和研究类的，可以借鉴他们的一些成功的经验，但照搬照拿的模式永远不会具有竞争力。通过对已经毕业的学生调查发现，毕业生对专业知识掌握的不够扎实，缺乏现场经验和专业综合运用能力，学生反馈回来问题是：很多现场的技术问题，在校学习时从来没有遇见过，可见学校教育与现场实践存在知识结构和内容的脱机；……
