【摘要】针对学生在学习中体现出来的学习习惯、能力等个体差异，为了更好地进行因材施教，在英语课堂上实行多教学要素的分层教学法。实施时，按照学生的学习能力，水平，给学生分配和制定符合实际情况的学习任务和学习目标，能提高学生的学习兴趣与学习效率，是增强教师的教学效果的有效途径。

【Abstract】According to students learning habits and the differences of individuals， this paper proposes the thought on multiple teaching elements of level-mixed teaching method in the light of students aptitudes. Basing on students learning competences and levels to assign their learning tasks and set the learning targets for them， by this approach， not only can students take an interest in learning， learning efficiency is improved as well， which is also an effective way to consolidate the teaching effects acted by teachers.

一、前言

因新课改的不断深入与社会各界对教育事业的关注程度不断增高，使得教师在教学过程中不断的寻求新的教学方法，以实现提高教学水平的目的，并要求学生更加注重自主学习和接受学习、交流合作学习。分层教学法是现阶段初中英语教学中，常用的教学手段，重视学生间存在的差异，合理的对学生进行分层，促进学生能够找到适宜自己的位置，提高学习积极性，从而提高初中英语教学水平，提高学生的学习效率。本文对分层教学法进行阐述，并结合实际情况，对分层教学法在初中英语教学中的如何分层做详细的应用探讨，以期为相关教师提供参考，提高学生的学习兴趣，提高教学成果。

二、分层教学法

分层教学法是现阶段初中英语教学中常用的教学手段，首先，正视学生之间的存在的差异，结合学生的实际情况，对学生进行层次区分，使得学生能够根据自身的学习情况，进行学习，提高学生的学习兴趣与学习效率。
