电针配合头针治疗缺血性中风恢复期的临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的 探讨在缺血性中风恢复期的患者中利用电针配合头针进行治疗的临床疗效。方法 本文利用回顾性分析的方法随机选取了我院2015年10月～2016年1月的76例缺血性中风恢复期患者，并分为观察组与对照组两组，各38例患者。对照组的缺血性中风恢复期患者给予头针进行治疗，观察组的缺血性中风恢复期患者在对照组的治疗方案的基础上配合电针进行治疗。记录并比较两组缺血性中风恢复期患者的神经功能缺损程度评分与临床疗效（无效、有效、显效、基本痊愈）。结果 在治疗前，两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分经过比较差异不具有统计学的意义（P＞0．05）；经过治疗后，观察组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组患者，差异具有统计学的意义（P＜0．05）；且治疗后两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分均低于治疗前，比较差异具有统计学的意义（P＜0．05）；经过治疗后，观察组有2例患者为无效，6例患者为有效，10例患者为显效，20例患者为基本痊愈，治疗的总有效率为94．74%；对照组有11例患者为无效，12例患者为有效，10例患者为显效，5例患者为基本痊愈，治疗的总有效率为71．05%；观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学的意义（P ＜0．05）。结论 缺血性中风恢复期患者在电针配合头针的治疗下取得了较好的临床疗效，提高了患者生活的质量。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of electro acupuncture combined with head needle for patients with apoplectic convalescence． Methods 76 cases of apoplexy convalescence patients from October 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups，namely the observation group and the control group，each with 38cases of patients． Patients in the control group were treated with head needle while those in the observation group were treated with electro acupuncture combined with head needle． Results The neurological deficit（NDS）score and the effectiveness（recovered，markedly effective，effective，ineffective）were recorded and compared between the two groups． The difference of the NDS score between the two groups before treatment is not statistically significant（P＞0．05）． The NDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment，with a statistically significant different（P＜0．05）． Both the NDS score of the two groups were lower than that before treatment，with a statistically significant different（P＜0．05）． The efficacy of neurological treatment shows: 2 cases ineffective，6 cases effective，10 cases markedly effective，20 cases recovered in the observation group，with an effective rate of 94．74%． 11 cases ineffective，12 cases effective，10 cases markedly effective，5 cases recovered in the observation group，with an effective rate of 71．05%． The therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group，with a statistically significant different（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Electro acupuncture combined with head needle can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with apoplectic convalescence．
