本科科研实践导师制实行的必要性和实施中应该注意的问题

摘要：随着社会的发展，用人单位对本科生的能力要求有了很大的变化，传统的本科生导师制已经不能培养出适应社会需求的本科生，因此，科研实践导师制应运而生。本文介绍了科研实践导师制实行的必要性和实施中的制约因素，希望通过建立科学的本科生导师工作机制，充分发挥其培育创新型人才的功能。

Abstract:With the development of society, employers are paying more attention to the abilities of the undergraduates which the traditional undergraduate tutorial system can not cultivate. In this case, the tutorial system based on research and practice came into being. This article introduces the necessity and constraints in implementation of the tutorial system of research and practice. The functions to cultivate innovative talents for society can be put into use by establishing a scientific undergraduate tutorial system.

本科生导师制（tutorial system）是指导师对少数优秀的学生进行专门指导，这种指导主要是进行专业辅导，有时还有思想引导和心理疏导，由此全面提高学生能力，为大学生以后参加社会竞争和就业打下更加坚实的基础[1]。

这种导师制针对的学生数量有限，并且指导内容以提高学生专业理论知识为主，是培养精英式的教育方式。但是近年来，我国高等教育不断进行改革，高等教育加快了从“精英化”向“大众化”转变的步伐，高校大学生数量迅速增加，大学生就业问题日益凸现。这就要求高校及时调整教育方式，帮助校大学生在整个大学学习期间进行以提高就业竞争力为目标的就业准备。因此，科研实践导师制应运而生。……
