[摘要] 目的 了解二级医院临床护理带教老师教学能力现状，提出教学能力培养的方法和措施。 方法 2013年8～9月对重庆市万州区6家二级医院418名临床护理带教老师，采取自行设计的临床护理带教老师教学能力现状问卷进行调查。 结果 二级医院临床护理带教老师教学能力平均得分（3.44 ±1.04）分（满分为5分，下同），其中以指导临床护理技能的能力得分最高（4.10±0.72）分，教学查房及小讲课讲授能力得分最低（2.98±1.15）分；医院对带教老师教学能力的培养及重视程度平均得分（3.27±1.06）分（满分为5分，下同），其中以教学能力培养的内容得分最高（3.54±1.12）分，教学能力培养的形式得分最低（3.02±1.01）分。 结论 二级医院临床护理带教老师教学能力水平中等，整体上要加强，医院要高度重视临床带教工作，加强带教老师教学能力培养，提高教学质量，为临床培养合格的护理人才。

Status and countermeasures of clinical nursing teachers teaching competence in secondary hospital

[Abstract] Objective To understand the status of clinical nursing teachers teaching competence in secondary hospital， to proposed methods and measures of improving teaching competence. Methods A total of 418 teachers from six secondary hospitals of Chongqing Wanzhou distract were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire about the status of clinical nursing teachers teaching competence between August and September in 2013. Results The average score of clinical nursing teachers teaching competence in secondary hospital was（3.44±1.04）（The full mark was 5）. Among them， the highest score of competence to guide clinical nursing skills was（4.10±0.72）， and the lowest score of competence of teaching rounds and small lecture taught was（2.98±1.15）. The average score of hospital culture and emphasis on teachers teaching competence was（3.27±1.06）（The full mark was 5）. Among them， the highest score of emphasis on teachers teaching competence was（3.54±1.12）， and the lowest score of teaching competence training form was（3.02±1.01）. Conclusion The clinical nursing teachers' teaching competence in secondary hospital is middle level， which is to be strengthened overall. The hospital should attach great importance to clinical teaching work， strengthen the teachers teaching competence training and improve the quality of teaching in order to cultivate qualified nursing talents.

护理临床教学是护理教育的重要组成部分，是培养合格护理人才的重要环节，临床护理教师的教学能力，是学科教学能力的具体体现，不但具有普通教学能力的共性，更有着自身学科教学能力的特殊性，其直接影响学生的实习质量、能力、职业素质的发展，在临床护理教学中起着十分重要的作用[1]。本研究调查重庆市万州区二级医院临床护理带教老师的教学能力现状，旨在寻找培养和提高护理临床教师教学能力的方法，培养优秀的师资队伍，提高区域性临床护理教学水平，为临床培养高质量实用型护理人才。……
