[摘要] 目的 观察股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术应用舒适护理的临床意义。 方法 收集我院2013年6月～2014年6月期间股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术的患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各24例，分别进行常规护理及在常规护理的基础上行舒适护理，对患者的焦虑、疼痛、护理满意度及骨折健康知识知晓度情况进行对比，以及对患者的并发症发生率进行比较。 结果 实验组的焦虑程度（P<0.01）、疼痛程度及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05），实验组的护理满意度和骨折知识知晓度均明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。 结论 在股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术中应用舒适护理可促进患者康复。

Application of comfort nursing in artificial femoral head replacement of unilateral non-Traumatic femoral neck fracture in elderly patients

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical significance of applying comfort nursing in the artificial femoral head replacement of femoral neck fracture. Methods The patients with femoral neck fracture who received artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were collected. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，each 24 patients， which were given conventional nursing and comfort nursing on the basis of conventional nursing respectively. The patients anxiety， pain， nursing satisfaction and awareness of fracture health knowledge of the two groups were compared， and the incidences of complications were also compared. Results The anxiety degree（P<0.01）， pain degree and incidence of complications of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P<0.05）， and the nursing satisfaction and awareness of fracture knowledge of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.01）. Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the artificial femoral head replacement of patients with femoral neck fracture can obviously promote patient recovery.

股骨颈骨折是一种比较常见的骨损伤，在老年人中尤其常见[1，2]。随着我国老龄化社会来临，其发病率也逐年增加，严重威胁老年人的生命健康[3]。高血压、糖尿病及各种心脑血管等慢性疾病的高发病率在为老年人骨折发生创造条件的同时，还导致机体功能降低，增加意外事故所致股骨颈骨折风险[4-6]。股骨颈骨折给患者带来生理病痛的同时也不同程度给患者带来多种精神及心理问题，严重者将对机体各系统产生不良影响，也可直接影响手术的顺利进行。人工股骨头置换手术具有安全和并发症少的特点，是临床应用比较多的手术方式[7]。但作为有创性治疗，其本身所造成的生理及心理创伤，也会较大程度影响股骨颈骨折患者的治疗效果和预后，将会给患者的身心健康造成极大威胁[8，9]。舒适护理具有整体化与个体化的特点，是一种具有创造性的护理模式，其目的在于让患者在生理、心理等多方面能保持一种良好的状态，为各种疾病的治疗最大程度提供便利[10]。……
