基于毕业生职业发展与就业指导的就业工作研究

摘要：毕业生就业工作是学校工作的重心，是检验学校培养目标的一把尺子。为了进一步做好毕业生就业工作，提升就业工作水平，笔者采用问卷形式对2015届351名毕业生职业发展与就业指导进行调查，并整理分析问卷数据信息，用excel图表表现统计结果。根据调查结果，针对就业工作提出设想策略，优化就业工作模式，更好地服务于毕业生和用人单位，为学校毕业生就业工作的开展提供参考、借鉴。

Employment Research Based on Career Development

Abstract:Employment work is the center for school work, assessing the training purposes of a school. In order to do employment work better and improve employment level, this paper investigated 351 students of 2015 by questionnaire, and gathered and analyzed data information, showed results by using Excel charts. According to the survey, several suggestions for employment strategies were put foward, optimizing the employment pattern, better serving graduates and employers, and providing basis for the employment of the college.

招生工作和就业工作是职业学校的两条“生命线”，招生工作是职业教育机构生存的基础，就业工作是职业教育机构发展的动力。不仅如此，就业工作还是职业教育机构教育质量的检验标准、专业培养和社会需求对接的检验标准、教育机构社会职能承担的标准，同时又是众多毕业生职业生涯发展与规划的基础，研究如何更好地做好学生就业工作，具有现实和长远意义。

1毕业生职业发展与就业指导工作调查

1.1　调查背景

为掌握2015届毕业生职业规划和就业情况，了解毕业生在职业发展与就业过程中面临的问题、毕业生对《职业发展与就业指导》课程的意见、建议，不断提高《高职大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程教学质量，提升就业工作针对性和实效性，特在2015届毕业生中开展此次问卷调查活动。……
