专业教师与大学英语教师的合作教学
——探索高校双语教学师资建设的新模式

摘要：我国高校的双语教学经过十多年的探索和努力，无论是在开设双语课程的数量上还是在双语教学的质量上都取得了很大的成绩，尤其是在双语教材的建设方面取得了突破性的成果。但是，我国高校双语教学向纵深发展依然受限于高质量的双语教师师资匮乏、学生准入双语教学时的英语水平参差不齐等诸多因素，本文旨在从分析我国双语师资的现状和大学英语教学中存在的问题的基础上，从合作教学的理论角度探讨专业教师与大学英语教师在双语教学中实施合作教学的模式，提出双语教学师资队伍建设的新途径。

A New Mode of Bilingual Teaching Team Construction at Universities

Abstract：More than a decade’s exploration and efforts made in college bilingual teaching has brought great achievements in both the number and quality of bilingual courses offered, especially with breakthroughs made in the compiling of bilingual textbooks. However, the in-depth development of college bilingual teaching is restricted by such factors as an inadequate supply of high-quality teachers and varied English entry levels of students. This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of the bilingual teaching team. Then it discusses a new teaching mode based on specialized teacher-College English teacher cooperation from the perspective of team teaching theory and proposes new ways to construct the bilingual teaching team.

双语教师是实施双语教学的主体，双语教师水平的高低对于实现双语教学目标起着至关重要的作用。加拿大学者Colin Baker认为，影响双语教学效果的四个变量之中，教师是双语输入的主要变量之一。他指出，教师的双语能力、双元文化背景以及教学能力与态度是直接影响双语教学成效的重要因素[] 。

因此，我国高校双语教师除了具备扎实、深厚的专业理论知识之外，还应具备丰厚的英语知识和流利交流的能力，并且了解东西方文化并有较强的双语教学以及从事双语教学的研究能力。……
