摘 要 随着心理辅导逐渐成为高校学生工作的重要组成部分，它在高校学生工作中实际运用的思路和途径也日益明晰起来。文中对我国内地高校心理辅导进行了回顾与发展，我国内地高校心理辅导工作经历了起步、发展，逐渐完善的阶段。在此基础上从心理辅导在学生工作中运用的价值、心理辅导之于学生工作理念转变的启示、心理辅导之于学生工作专业化的提升三方面进行了论述，积极探索心理辅导促进学生工作提升的新视野。

Abstract With counseling has become an important part of college students work， ideas and approaches it in college students work in actual use is also increasingly clear up. The paper on China's psychological counseling Mainland universities were reviewed and development， psychological counseling experienced the start of the Mainland Universities， development， gradual improvement stage. On this basis， from counseling students in the use of the value of work， psychological counseling of the student work ideas into enlightenment， counseling of the student work and professional upgrading three aspects are discussed， and actively explore the psychological counseling to enhance the promotion of student work new horizon.

1 我國内地高校心理辅导的回顾与发展

我国内地高校心理辅导工作，相较于台湾香港地区起步较晚，香港地区以1970年香港大学正式成立学生辅导处并聘请临床心理学开展辅导为起始，随后成立辅导中心的香港浸会大学。台湾地区的心理辅导则更早，是在20世纪50、60年代，工作开展也更成熟。内地高校的大学生心理健康教育工作的开展是在20世纪80年代中后期，但至今也有30年的历史。如果之前说内地高校的心理辅导工作发展缓慢、领导重视度不够、机构设置不顺畅、专职人员专业性不强、工作开展有名无实等，在十年前，确实普遍存在着这样的情况，但今天，纵观各高校大学生心理健康教育工作的开展，无论是沿海发达地区，还是西部民族地区;无论是综合院校，还是工、农、医、警、师范等专业性院校;无论是一本院校，还是各高职高专院校，都对心理健康教育工作给予了前所未有的重视与投入。……
