摘 要 高等农业院校作为农业教育体系中的龙头，农业科技人才的培养和合理利用是高等农业院校的重要职责。严峻的农业挑战以及非公有制企业、乡镇企业、广大基层和欠发达地区对农业专门人才的需求，正好为高等农业院校的毕业生提供了施展才华的大舞台。高等农业院校的毕业生，不仅应该具有完整的知识结构、较高的思想和科学文化素质，还应着重培养他们就业、择业、创业的能力以及综合素质，即大学生的可持续发展能力。

Explore the Relationship between Sustainable Development and

Agricultural University Graduates' Employment

Abstract Agricultural colleges as the leading agricultural educational system， culture and rational use of agricultural science and technology personnel is an important responsibility of agricultural colleges and universities. Agriculture needs serious challenges as well as non-public enterprises， township enterprises， grassroots and underdeveloped areas of expertise in agriculture， just to display their talent on the big stage for graduates of agricultural colleges and universities. Graduates of agricultural colleges and universities， not only should have a complete knowledge of the structure of higher thought and scientific and cultural qualities， but also focus on training their jobs， careers， entrepreneurial capacity and overall quality， namely the capacity for sustainable development of students.

1 高等農业院校办学特色与大学生能力培养的现状

高等农业院校的办学特色是高等农业院校在长期的办学历史中积累形成的、有别于其他学校的办学特点和风格，农科专业是高等农业院校办学的优势和特色，服务于农业、农村、农民是高等农业院校为之奋斗的主要方向。对农业院校而言，由于其在经费投入、社会地位、办学条件、师资队伍、学科专业等方面的状况，加之高等农业院校的毕业生就业也都不以从事农业为目的，造成了高等农业院校教育在当前仍然处于相对比较弱势的地位。

近几年来，高等农业院校的专业面有所拓宽，但种植、养殖、畜牧类这些几十年不变的老专业比重仍然较大。而且，随着我国高等农业院校逐渐向综合性大学发展，农业院校出现了非农化的特点，盲目上马的一些所谓“热门专业”都缺乏充分的调研和软硬件设备，导致了当前高等农业院校“经验主义”、“邯郸学步”等现象多有存在，学生培养质量不断下降，大学生的就业受到很多由此产生的负面影响。……
