摘 要 在信息化环境设施建设达标的基础上，提高学校教育信息化管理水平，推进信息化技术在学校管理和教学过程中的普及应用，重点促进信息技术与实习实训教学过程中的有机融合，完善校园信息化环境，打造数字化校园。文章通过探索信息化技术在学校管理、后勤服务过程中的应用，促进信息化技术与学校管理的深度融合，来评估信息化在学校教学中带来的效益与风险。

Risk and Initiatives of Education Information Technology in Pilot Schools

Abstract On the basis of information on environmental infrastructure construction standards， improve information management level of school education， and promote wider application of information technology in school management and teaching process， with emphasis on the promotion of information technology and practical training in the teaching process of the organic integration， improve campus information environment， create digital campus. Through exploring the application of information technology in school management， logistics services process， promote the depth of integration of information technology and school management to assess the information brought in school teaching benefits and risks.

随着试点工作目标任务的推进和完成，信息化建设与学校管理、教育教学的融合，试点工作社会经济效益也不断呈现：

实现学校管理科学化、精细化，提升管理效率：由于信息化试点的推进，校园“一卡通”系统的应用，实现了学校无纸化办公，节省了大量人力和物力，提升了办事效率，学校管理井然有序，学校发展日新月异，得到上级主管部门好评。同时，在全市、全省职业学校中形成比较大的影响力，近三年来，陆续有近三十多所兄弟学校来校参观、学习。

促进了教师专业成长：通过信息化教学培训和优质资源课程资源的共享，有利于提升教师的专业水平，节省了时间，促进了教师教学手段的现代化，实现课堂教学的高效化，达到了提高教育质量的目的。

经济效益较显著：由于信息化试点成功，学校实现了无纸化办公、无纸化考试，采用电子教案和课件，单和未实行信息化管理纸张消耗一项相比，每年可节省办公开支几十万元。……
