摘 要 沈从文是来自湘西的著名作家和历史文物研究家。虽然在学校接受的正规教育不多，但是他从现实生活中所学到的知识使其终生受益并成就了他不平凡的人生。他的人生经历是一部自我教育和自学成才的经典，对我国的职业教育有着莫大的启示。本文旨在以职业教育的课程论为理论基础，从社会需求、知识体系和个性发展三个制约课程开发的外部要素出发，分析沈从文自我教育对职业教育课程开发的启示。

Implications of Shen Congwen Self-education to Vocational Education

Abstract Shen Congwen is a famous writer and researcher of historical relics from Xiangxi. Although he didn't receive much formal education from school， but he learned from real life to make it a lifetime of knowledge and achievements of his extraordinary life. His life experience is a classic self-education and self-taught， vocational education in our country has a great revelation. This article aims to vocational education curriculum theory as the theoretical basis of social needs， knowledge and personality development course external factors restricting the development of the three starting analysis inspiration Shen Congwen self-education vocational education curriculum development.

随着社会的发展，科技更新频率的提高，社会、家长和学生都对职业教育提出了更高的要求。面对种种挑战，职业教育的主管部门和机构必须时时审视社会发展，不断改进和提高职业教育的模式和内容。

1 职业教育及其课程开发

职业教育是不同于普通教育的一种对社会发展和财富创造及学生个人发展均起着直接作用的特殊教育。职业教育要适应社会的进步与发展，培养社会需要的具有专业技能的人才以便在学生结业之后直接为社会服务，创造财富;同时职业教育不是单纯以社会需求为中心的教育，它同时要为学生的全面发展服务。职业教育只有将社会需求和个人需求并重，才能成为合格的教育，才能完成其使命。然而，在教学实践中起着决定性和指导性作用的因素是教学课程的设置，因为职业教育课程决定着学生在学校所获得的相应的职业能力是否适应社会的需求。……
