摘 要 实践导向课程是我国职业教育界正在完善理论基础，探索实践方法的一种课程模式，课程的教学设计是运用这一课程模式并取得预期成效的关键环节，研究并探索实践导向课程的教学设计与实践方法具有现实意义。本文以“室内装饰电工”单元为例，运用文献研究法、案例分析法等方法对实践导向课程工作任务的设计与选择、课程单元目标的规定与明确、课程教学内容的组织、课程单元教与学活动与评价设计、课程评价等五个方面对实践导向课程教学设计进行了研究，总结并提出了一套较为完整的方法和策略。

——Take "Interior electrician" unit as an example

Abstract Our practice-oriented vocational education courses are being improved theoretical basis， explore a curriculum model practices， and instructional design of the course is to use the curriculum model and the key to achieving the desired results， practice-oriented research and explore curriculum and instructional design practices have practical significance. In this paper， "Interior electrician" unit as an example， the use of literature research， case studies and other methods of practice-oriented curriculum design and selection tasks requiring curriculum unit with clear objectives， organization of teaching content， teaching and curriculum unit learning activities and assessment design， curriculum evaluation， five aspects of teaching practice-oriented design of the study， summarized and proposed a more comprehensive approach and strategy.

实践导向课程的特征有以下六点：（1）以工作任务为中心，选择和组织知识、技能、态度的学习培养，也就是让学生在实施和完成工作任务的过程中学习相关理论知识，掌握相应的职业技能，发展学生良好的职业态度。（2）以工作样本的完成为驱动力，譬如以机械零件成品、电子整机、设计文案、分析报告等为工作任务的完成形式（即工作样本），来激发学生的成就动机，进而产生学习的主动性。以“解剖麻雀”的方式，通过完成典型的工作样本，来获得相应职业岗位的职业素质和能力。（3）实践导向课程要求课程目标的规定和表述要具体、明确，以更好地指导和规范教与学的活动，促进教与学的协调统一。（4）实践导向课程评价以工作样本评价为主，突出评价的职业性，配合使用书面评价、过程评价等方式。……
