摘 要 师生关系影响着学校的教育质量及学生的身心健康发展。本文通过对280班学生的调查，分析了该班学生对师生关系的认识，师生关系的现状，师生关系不和谐的原因，以及该班学生对教师的期望和师生关系的期望。进而提出了三点构建和谐班级的建议，分别是教师要树立正确的学生观，教师要提高自己的素质，学生要懂得尊重老师。

Analysis of Teacher-student Relationship

——Investigation on Class 208 of Changsha No.28 Middle School

Abstract Teacher-student relationship affects the physical and mental development of the school's quality of education and students. Based on the survey of 280 students in the class， the class analyzed the relationship between teachers and students understanding of the status quo expectations teacher-student relationship， the teacher-student relationship disharmony causes， and the classes of students to teachers' expectations and teacher-student relationship. Then put forward a proposal to build a harmonious three classes， namely， teachers should establish a correct outlook on students and teachers to improve their quality， students should know how to respect the teacher.

问题的提出：“师生关系是指教师与学生在教育教学及日常交往过程中形成的以认知、情感和行为反应等为主要形式的心理关系”。①师生关系对于学生发展以及教育质量都有重要的影响，但当前中学教师对师生关系主要问题的理解和认识尚有不合理、不科学的地方。

调查目的：实施素质教育师生是关键，在课程改革的全面开展下，传统的师生关系面临了严峻的挑战，而无论是教育理念的转变，还是教育内容、方法的改革，最终要依靠师生互动来达到教育目的。本文从280班学生对师生关系的主观体验作为切入点进行问卷调查，为构建一个和谐的师生关系提供参考。

本研究主要采用问卷调查法，辅以访谈法和文献研究法。研究共发放问卷52份，回收50份，有效问卷50份。

1 调查结果及分析

1.1 对师生关系认识的调查

本研究在学生对师生关系重要性的认识程度，以及对影响师生关系主要因素的认识和理解方面做了调查。就师生关系对学生日常学习影……
