摘 要 家庭教育是古今中外备受关注的话题，特别是近几年中国正筹备将家庭教育立法，更体现了家庭教育对孩子成长和国家发展的重要性。本文针对当前中国现实生活中有关家庭教育问题的案例，提出了中国父母的角色亟待转变的观点，并结合国家政策方针的制定方向和已有的学术文献进一步强调家庭教育中父母角色的重要性。

Influence of Family Education Legislation on the Role of Chinese Parents

Abstract Family education is the subject of much concern at all times and in all countries. Especially in the last few years， China is preparing to put it into legislation. It reflects the importance of the development of family education on the growth of children and the state. According to the relevant problems of family education in China， Chinese parents should change their ideas about their roles in family， combined with the formulation of national policy direction and the existing academic literature， it is important for the parents to aware the importance of their roles in family education.

1 传统中国家庭的父母角色

在《试论家庭教育中父母角色的转变》一文中作者提到传统中国的家庭教育中父母是孩子的保姆、主宰、冷漠的旁观者等等这些都体现了家庭教育中父母角色类型的局限性。中国有母凭子贵、养儿防老等根深蒂固的思想，这些传统思想决定了父母将孩子作为自己未来的依靠，把自己的所有希望都寄托在下一代的身上，因此很少关注孩子的天性和个性发展的需要，这样的家庭教育下孩子只是一个个任父母摆布的木偶，一旦需要独自面对困难和挫折时他们很容易就逃避现实甚至做出极端的行为，这是与当前激烈的社会竞争和日新月异的生存环境不相适应的。当今社会需要的是成熟有担当又有学习能力的现代人。

2 家庭教育失衡下的中国未成年人生长状态
