摘 要 随着《小学音乐课程新标准》的颁布，提出了要高度重视基础音乐教学，我国的小学音乐教育取得了迅猛的进步，获得了一定的成绩，但也存在不少问题。本文从《音乐课程新标准》理解不准确，实施不到位；淡化知识传授，片面追求培养学生兴趣；把音乐尖子生的培养当成重视音乐实践；本土音乐文化很难纳入小学音乐教学中；忽视教学条件的充分利用等方面谈谈目前小学音乐教学中存在的问题。

On a Number of Issues Arise in Current Elementary Music Education

Abstract With the promulgation of "the new elementary school music curriculum standards"， proposed to attach great importance to basic music education， music education in our primary schools has made rapid progress， get some achievements， but there are many problems. From the "new standard music course" understanding is not accurate， the implementation is not in place； dilute imparting knowledge， one-sided pursuit cultivate students' interest； put music culture as a top student attention to musical practice； local music culture is difficult to incorporate elementary school music teaching； neglect teaching aspects such as full use of the conditions that exist in music teaching elementary school， to talk about the current problems.

1 對《音乐新课程标准》理解不准确、实施不到位

由于我国幅员辽阔，地大物博，因此在各地域的经济、文化、教育等多方面都发展不均衡，小学的音乐教育差距尤为突出。特别是在很多经济不发达地区，不能完全落实对小学音乐新课程标志的改革，甚至许多教师不能真正地理解新课标的基本内容，更不用提对落实新课标改革了，由此可见新课标的改革之路任重道远。《小学音乐新课程标准》中清晰指出：小学音乐是一门基础教育阶段的必修课，人文学科领域的重要组成部分，要落实实施美育必须加强小学音乐课的教学。要教导学生学会音乐审美，培养学生对音乐的兴趣爱好，要着重发展全体学生去实践音乐，重视音乐，鼓励学生进行音乐创作，弘扬我们的民族音乐，不断改进评价机制。对于新课标的解读不准确在于以下几点：
