摘  要：新工科背景下，科教融合、产教融合、科创融合成为应用型人才培养的重要途径，而相关专业的产业学院则成为主要的载体。然而对于地方本科高校、地区特色学科或专业而言，现有产业学院的组建模式和人才培养的通用性与适应性都存有较大局限。为更好支撑和服务生物工程相关行业的产业学院建设、运行机制和人才培养模式，该文以中北大学生物工程产业学院建设的探索过程和方法为例，探索依托地方特色的生物工程专业及相关行业在产业学院建立，相关人才培养，校企、校地合作共建模式等方面的经验，为地方高校推进产业学院的建设，培养应用型人才，提供应用参考。

Abstract： Integration of science and education， industry and education， as well as science and industry become the important measures to train application-oriented talents， and thus the industrial college become the carrier. However， for the local undergraduate universities， regional characteristic majors， the universality and adaptability of establishment and training mode of existing industrial college have great limitations. In order to better support and serve the construction， operation mechanism and talent training mode of industrial college in bioengineering-related industries， this study takes the exploration process and method of "Construction of Bioengineering Industry College in North University of China" as an example to explore the experience of bioengineering major with local characteristics and related industries in the establishment of industrial college， relevant talent training， school-enterprise， school-local cooperation mode and so on， which may provide reference for local colleges and universities to promote the construction of industrial colleges and cultivate applied talents.

随着我国经济社会不断深入发展，依靠劳动力及能耗拉升经济的发展模式已经逐渐转向依靠科技创新提升[1]，科技产业革命、知识经济也因而蓬勃发展，新工科应运而生。新工科是基于国家战略发展新需求、国际竞争新形势、立德树人新要求而诞生的[2]。2017年2 月，关于新工科的高等工程教育发展战略研讨会在复旦大学召开，国家教育部探讨新工科发展和工程教育问题，先后经过了复旦共识[3]、天大行动[4]和北京指南[5]。专家认为，新工科的目标是推动现有工科转型、改造和升级，或推动现有不同工程学科、工程……
