摘 要：为明确粮油检验工作的重要性，承担粮食检验监督工作的责任，以求真务实的粮食工作态度为重点，积极推动粮油检验在粮食工作中发挥显著作用。本文以粮油检验工作的主要内容为出发点，深入探讨粮油检验在粮食工作中的深远影响，整理了现阶段粮油检验工作的常见问题，从而提出优化粮油检验工作的具体措施，为我国新时代粮食工作的高质量发展提供思路。

Importance of Grain and Oil Inspection in Grain Work

Abstract： In order to clarify the importance of grain and oil inspection work， assume the responsibility of grain inspection and supervision work， focus on a truth-seeking and pragmatic  grain work attitude， and actively promote grain and oil inspection to play a significant role in grain work. Based on the main content of grain and oil inspection work， this paper deeply discusses the far-reaching influence of grain and oil inspection in grain work， and sorts out the common problems of grain and oil inspection at the present stage， and puts forward specific measures to optimize grain and oil inspection in grain work， so as to provide ideas for the high-quality development of grain work in the new era.

糧油是我国人们日常生活中的重要食物之一，也是赖以生存的必需品。为保障粮油质量安全，防止出现危害消费者饮食安全的假冒劣质产品，应做好粮油质量的科学检测，利用先进的检测技术提升粮油质量安全水平。粮食企业和粮食检验机构应利用好质量检测技术来对粮油质量进行科学而全面的检测，保障粮油质量安全。粮油检验工作便于将粮油的质量风险扼杀在摇篮，防止粮油安全隐患的滋生。我国粮食工作有关部门要积极宣传粮油检验工作的积极作用，提高消费者对粮油检验工作的认知，使全民参与到粮食工作中，凝聚全社会的力量，催生粮食工作的丰硕成果。

1 粮油检验工作的要点分析

粮油是对谷物、豆类等粮食和油料及其加工成品或者半成品的统称。粮油在我国不仅具有广阔且稳定的市场，更是我国消费者的每日所需，我国的粮食产量在不断提高，同时粮油产品的种类也在不断增多。……
