【摘 要】目的：分析探究老年髋部骨折行髋关节置换术后患者出院时延续护理的效果和价值。方法：在2019年1月至2021年1月中选择40例老年髋部骨折行髋关节置换术后患者展开分析，随机分为观察组（延续性护理）和对照组（常规护理），各20例，并对最终的护理效果进行比较。结果：观察组Harris髋关节评分以及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对于接受老年髋部骨折髋关节置换术的患者在出院之后居家过程中应用延续性护理进行操作，其护理效果相对而言更加受到患者的肯定和支持，其对于缓解患者抑郁、愧疚等不良情绪，促进其髋关节功能康复速度，进一步提高其生活质量均具有重要的现实意义，值得推广应用。

Analysis of continuation of nursing care for elderly patients with hip fractures after hip arthroplasty when they are discharged

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze and explore the effect and value of continuing nursing care for elderly patients with hip fractures after hip replacement when they are discharged from the hospital. Method： From January 2019 to January 2021， 40 patients with hip fracture undergoing hip arthroplasty were selected for analysis， and they were randomly divided into observation group （continuous care） and control group （routine care）， each with 20 cases， and the final nursing effect was compared.Results： The Harris hip score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： For elderly patients undergoing hip fracture and hip replacement surgery to apply continuation care during the home after discharge from the hospital， the nursing effect is relatively more affirmed and supported by the patient， and it is effective in relieving depression， guilt and other bademotions of the patient， promoting the recovery speed of the hip joint function， and further improving the quality of life has important practical significance and is worthy of popularization and application.

髖部骨折是老年人群的多发疾病，主要以疼痛、下肢短缩外旋畸形以及活动功能受限等症状为主[1]。现阶段临床中对于治疗此类疾病的常见方式以手术治疗为主，其中应用最为广泛的术式当属髋关节置换术，其具有极高的治疗效果，可有效改善患者临床症状，患者术后需要接受长期的康复锻炼，从而促进肢体功能恢复速度，但一旦患者出院后在家庭环境下缺乏正确的指导，使得其锻炼依从性严重下降，影响其预后，对此，应当为患者实施针对性的护理干预[2]。本文针对老年髋部骨折行髋关节置换术后患者出院时延续护理的效果和价值进行分析和观察，现报道如下。……
