【摘 要】目的：探究语言沟通联合心理护理在精神疾病患者护理中的运用。方法：选择84例精神疾病患者作为样本，按照双盲法原则划分组别，每组42例。对照组常规护理，实验组增加“心理护理+语言沟通”模式，最终从MOAS指标、WHQOL-100量表结果进行差异对比，总结出更具优势的护理方案。结果：实验组各MOAS指标评分均更低，而WHQOL-100各维度的评分更高，表示此组患者攻击行为更少，且生活質量相对更好（P<0.05）。结论：心理护理及语言沟通能改善患者精神状态，减少其攻击行为，还能提高生活质量，值得推广。

Research on the application of verbal communication combined with psychological nursing in the nursing of mental illness

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the use of verbal communication combined with psychological nursing in the nursing of psychiatric patients. Methods： As a sample， 84 psychiatric patients were selected， and the groups were divided according to the principle of double blinding， 42 in each group.The control group received routine nursing， the experimental group was added " psychological nursing + verbal communication"Pattern， and finally concluded a more superior nursing program by contrasting the results from MOAS indicators and WHQOL-100 scales. Results： In the experimental group， the scores of each MOAS indicator were lower， while the scores of all dimensions of WHQOL-100 were higher， indicating that the patients in this group had less aggressive behavior and a relatively better quality of life（P<0.05）.Conclusions： Psychological nursing and verbal communication can improve the mental status of patients and reduce their aggressive behavior， and improve quality of life， which is worth promoting.

精神疾病指认知、情感等方面出现障碍的病症，可发于不同年龄群体。近年来人们生活压力加大、节奏变快，导致成年人新增患病率高达17.0%～20.0%。在成年人精神疾病中，最常见病症类型包括焦虑症、心境症、酒精药物使用症等。患病不但危害到患者身心健康，而且对其家庭、社会造成严重影响。因而精神疾病患者需及时采取积极治疗措施，改善其预后质量。由于此类患者治疗属于长期过程，因而护理服务质量非常关键。因精神疾病患者的情绪不同于常规患者，常影响到其治疗依从性，因而做好语言沟通、心理护理是核心所在。为此，本次研究以我院2020年1月至2021年1月间的84例患者作为样本，总结如下。

1.1 一般资料

获得我院伦理委员会批准后，此次研究从本院精神科2020年1月至2021年1月间的患者资料库中，选出84例作为样本，分别为抑郁症47例、焦虑症30例、精神分裂症7例。……
