【摘 要】目的：了解风湿免疫疾病中预防和护理肺部并发症的措施。方法：抽取我院2020年1月至2021年1月的100例患者分别实施常规护理和具有针对性的护理干预措施，比较临床相关指标的水平。结果：观察组存在较强的优越性（P<0.05）。结论：将具有一定针对性的护理干预措施应用在患有风湿免疫疾病患者的基础护理中，能够获得较为可观的应用效果，在有效避免发生肺部并发症的同时还能够保证护患之间建立融洽的关系，建议临床在一般护理工作中积极采纳该护理干预措施。

Prevention and nursing countermeasures against pulmonary complications in rheumatic immune diseases

【Abstract】Objective： To understand the measures of preventing and nursing pulmonary complications in rheumatic immune diseases. Methods： 100 patients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected to implement routine nursing and targeted nursing intervention measures respectively， and the levels of clinical related indicators were compared. Results： The observation group had strong advantages（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of targeted nursing intervention measures in the basic nursing of patients with rheumatic immune diseases can obtain considerable application effects. While effectively avoiding pulmonary complications， it can also ensure the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients. It is suggested that the nursing intervention measures should be actively adopted in general nursing work.

風湿免疫疾病与患者自身免疫功能有很大关系，常见的疾病包括强直性脊柱炎和红斑狼疮等，导致该疾病发生的原因有很多种，尤其是感染和遗传等因素产生的影响最大。病灶长时间的存在会对人体的多个器官和关节等造成不同程度的侵犯，进而出现相关疾病，患有该病的患者具有较高的并发症发生率，尤其是肺部并发症，患者在出现肺部并发症后，就会对治疗原发病产生严重的影响，而且患者的生活状态也发生很大的改变，干扰患者的身心健康[1]。相关研究报道，肺部并发症虽然在风湿免疫疾病患者中具有较高的发病率，但是通过实施有效的预防护理措施还是能够对其进行有效的控制，进而改善患者的临床表现，从而患者的生活状态也得以改善[2]。现对患有风湿免疫疾病的患者实施不同的护理干预措施，在下文中进行详细描述。……
