【摘 要】目的：研究将优质护理服务运用到脑梗死患者护理中的作用。方法：在2019年10月至2020年10月选择于我院就诊的60例脑梗死患者予以研究，随机分两组，将基础护理、优质护理分别运用到对照组、观察组中，每组30例，比较两组干预效果。结果：观察组运动功能与生活自理能力评分高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：基于脑梗死患者实际情况，选择优质护理更符合患者需求，可对患者的运动功能起到积极改善的效果。

Application value of quality nursing services in cerebral infarction

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of applying high-quality nursing service to the nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： From October 2019 to October 2020， 60 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected for study and randomly divided into two groups. Basic nursing and high-quality nursing were applied to the control group and the observation group respectively， with 30 cases in each group， and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The scores of motor function and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Based on the actual situation of patients with cerebral infarction， choosing high-quality nursing is more in line with the needs of patients， and can positively improve the motor function of patients.

腦梗死又被称为缺血性脑卒中，主要因缺血、缺氧造成脑组织缺血性坏死。目前该疾病发生率大约为急性脑血管疾病的7/10，主要发病群体为中老年人群，男女发病率相当[1]。在发病后患者早期症状意识清醒，但可能存在肢体麻木、头晕等症状，中期出现肢体活动不利甚至瘫痪，意识障碍、昏迷等情况，晚期可能会引发脑疝，对患者的生命安全造成一定威胁。在对患者进行治疗时，需要给予患者更科学的护理服务，才能保证患者治疗的安全性[2]。

1.1 一般资料

选取2019年10月至2020年10月于我院就诊的60例脑梗死患者予以研究，随机分两组，将基础护理、优质护理分别运用到对照组、观察组，每组30例。观察组，男19例，女11例，年龄57岁～79岁，平均年龄（68.38±1.47）岁；对照组，男18例，女12例，年龄57岁～79岁，平均年龄（68.41±1.51）岁。两组一般资料比较差异较小（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

对照组选择基础护理；观察组选择优质护理，涉及内容：（1）环境护理：在患者入院时，医护人员需要为患者提供舒适的治疗环境，按时对病房内环境进行清洁，调节病房内温度与湿度，打开空气净化器对环境进行净化；……
