【摘    要】新时期，社会经济与科技飞速发展，我国正逐渐步入现代化信息时代，人们的物质生活水平不断提升，更关注我国教育教学事业的发展状况。正所谓“教育要从小抓起”，幼儿园的教育管理也因此受到越来越多学校和教师的重视。现如今，如何提高幼儿园保教质量，促进幼儿的全面发展，已经成为当代教师和幼儿园的首要教育工作。本文将立足于保教质量的提升，制定相应的教学策略，以此为幼儿园的可持续发展提供方法借鉴。

An Analysis of the Ways to Improve the Quality of Nursery Education in the New Era

【Abstract】In the new era， with the rapid development of social economy and science and technology， my country is gradually entering the modern information age. People's material living standards are constantly improving， and more attention is paid to the development of education and teaching in our country. As the saying goes， "education should start from an early age"， and the education management of kindergartens has received more and more attention from schools and teachers. Nowadays， how to improve the quality of kindergarten care and education and promote the all-round development of children has become the primary education work of contemporary teachers and kindergartens. This article will base on the improvement of the quality of care and education and formulate corresponding teaching strategies to provide a reference for the sustainable development of kindergartens.

现如今，有关幼儿园保教质量的相关问题是在我国《幼儿园工作规程》中提出的，它对幼儿园的基本教学任务进行了更深层次的总结，认为教师应该实行保育与教育相结合的教学原则，对幼儿的德、智、体、美、劳等方面进行全面培养，最终促进其身体与心理的和谐发展。对此，教师应该改变以往的教学理念，重视保育的重要性，并采取多种教学形式，切实提高保教质量。

一、转变观念，充分认知幼儿保教管理的重要性

新时期，幼儿园要想建设好保教工作，就应该确保每个教师与幼儿园管理人员都要转变观念，充分重视保教管理的重要性，并将这些内容以及保教的好处传递给每一位幼儿与家长，以此确保保教工作质量在根本上有所提高。首先，加强推广，增强保育工作人员的社会责任感。幼儿园要想提高保育工作的质量，就应该先从保育的工作人员入手，让他们切实明白保育和教育是幼儿园教育工作的核心內容，以及二者之间为相互联系、相互促进、相互影响以及共同发展的关系。……
