【摘    要】在教学中，不仅仅要关注学生的成绩，也需要结合学生心理健康给予更多的关注，才更利于满足时代发展的需求，为社会输出更多高素质的优秀人才。尤其是在农村中，关注学生的心理健康显得更为重要。基于此，本文将结合农村教学实际，探索借助“五位一体”心理疏导体系开展学生个体防护的策略，以供参考。

【Abstract】In teaching， we should not only pay attention to students' achievements， but also pay more attention to students' mental health， so as to meet the needs of the development of the times and output more high-quality talents for the society. Especially in rural areas， it is more important to pay attention to students' mental health. Based on this， this paper will explore the strategy of carrying out students' individual protection with the help of the "five in one" psychological counseling system in combination with the rural teaching practice， for reference.

在农村学校中，一方面受到家长文化素养和教育方式的影响，另一方面由于家长外出务工，导致很多学生的亲情和家庭教育出现了非常大的空白，家庭教育的缺失让祖辈过多地用物质弥补孩子，导致部分孩子从小就心理脆弱，自杀、离家出走的情况并不少见。在这样的大环境下，探索有助于学生成长的心理疏导体系迫在眉睫。那么应该如何开展心理疏导才能达到良好的效果呢？笔者认为有必要结合“五位一体”心理疏导体系展开探讨。

一、“五位一体”心理疏导体系概述及融入意义

（一）“五位一体”心理疏导体系概述

“五位一体”心理疏导体系，是指基于“学校、班主任、心理辅导教师、家长、学生”为一体的疏导学生心理的疏导体系。科学地融入，使学生心理辅导形成闭环效应，摆脱心理障碍，走出困境，积极向上。“五位一体”心理体系，立足于学生的实际情况，能够为农村学生提供个体方式，是一种集合各方力量的独特教学模式。
