【摘    要】劳动是社会进步与人类发展的重要动力，所以劳动教育一直以来都是教育领域中的重要问题，对于个体的成长与发展会产生至关重要的影响。毋庸置疑，无论何种形式的教育活动，都必须融入劳动教育的因素。而心理健康教育作为影响学生劳动观念养成的重要教育活动，无疑是劳动教育的重要载体。因此，笔者将具体阐述当前小学劳动教育中存在的问题，并思考如何通过有效的心理健康教育培养学生正确的劳动观。

In Mental Health Education to Train the Correct Labor Concept of Primary School Students

【Abstract】Labor is an important driving force for social progress and human development， so labor education has always been an important issue in the field of education， which will have a crucial impact on the growth and development of individuals. Needless to say， no matter what form of educational activities， must be integrated into the factors of labor education. Mental health education， as an important educational activity that affects the cultivation of students' labor concept， is undoubtedly an important carrier of labor education. Therefore，the author will elaborate on the problems existing in the current primary school labor education， and think about how to cultivate students' correct labor concept through effective mental health education.

在素質教育背景下，更加注重学生“德智体美劳”全面发展。不难发现，良好的劳动素质已经逐渐成为新时代教育活动中的重要育人目标。同时，随着社会的迅速发展，对人才培养提出了更高的要求。为了适应日益激烈的社会竞争，每一个社会成员都需要具备正确的劳动观，这无疑更加突出了劳动教育的必要性。所谓劳动教育，是指使学生确立正确的劳动观点与劳动态度，并逐步引导学生养成正确的劳动习惯，从而促使其德智体美劳全面发展的重要教育形式。从本质来讲，劳动教育中的关键环节是纠正学生不正确的劳动观念。所以为了落实劳动教育中的各项要求，需要对学生的心理状态进行积极干预，以此来优化学生的行为。唯有如此，才能逐步达到最理想的育人效果。
