摘  要：核心素养是学生适应社会、成为高素质人才必不可少的素养，而在初中道德与法治的教学中，它也是指导教学发展的关键思想。基于此，文章简述了初中道德与法治教学中培养核心素养的价值，并从引入历史文化故事、采用情感教育措施、结合实际新闻案例、构建生活教育情境、开展综合实践活动、深入探究教材内容和建设校园师风师德等方面论证和分析了培养核心素养的有效策略。

The Cultivation Strategies of the Core Quality of Junior Higgh School Morality and Rule of Law

【Abstract】Core literacy is an indispensable literacy for students to adapt to society and become high-quality talents. In the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools，it is also the key idea to guide the development of teaching. Based on this，the article briefly describes the value of cultivating core literacy in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools，and from the introduction of historical and cultural stories，adopting emotional education measures，combining actual news cases，constructing life education contexts，carrying out comprehensive practical activities，in-depth exploration of the content of teaching materials，and building campus teachers morals，etc.，，demonstration and analysis of effective strategies for cultivating core literacy.

在立德樹人的教育背景下，道德与法治的教育价值得到了认同和肯定。而对道德与法治课堂教学中培养学生核心素养的策略进行探索和研究，是为了强化立德树人的教育效果，使道德与法治的课堂围绕着核心素养的具体维度展开，促使学生在学习基础知识的同时，增强自身的道德品质和学科素养。以下将对初中道德与法治学科教学中培养学生核心素养的策略展开分析和解读。

1.初中道德与法治教学中培养核心素养的价值

初中道德与法治学科具有重要的教学和教育价值，如果教师能够发现其价值和作用，并在教学中培养学生的核心素养，那么其价值和作用就会越发明显。

（1）拓展了道德与法治教学范围

在初中的道德与法治学科教学中，以马克思主义的思想和观念为主要的教学内容，这样的内容固然对培养学生社会主义核心价值观产生了重要的作用，但是在现代化的社会中，如果单纯地依靠学科教材内容展开教学，就限制了学生的认知范围。……
