摘  要：随着我国社会的不断进步，科学技术的高速发展，对于各个阶段的学生教育教学的要求不断提高，小学也不例外。为了学生能够更好地适应新时代，全面深化并推进教学课程改革，除了传统的教育教学之外，学生的德育教育和安全教育也逐步得到了重视。在全面推进课改的进程中，班主任起到至关重要的作用，需要对学生在校园内的所有行为教育管理和负责，因此必须重视班主任在学生德育教育和安全教育中的作用。

On the Methods of Moral Education and Safety Education in the Work of Primary School Head Teachers

Abstract： With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of science and technology in China， the requirements for students' education and teaching at all stages are constantly improving， and primary schools are no exception. In order to make students better adapt to the new era and comprehensively deepen and promote the teaching curriculum reform， in addition to the traditional education and teaching， students' moral education and safety education have gradually been paid attention to. In the process of comprehensively promoting the curriculum reform， the head teacher plays a vital role， and needs to be responsible for all the behavior education and management of students in the campus. Therefore， we must pay attention to the role of the head teacher in the moral education and safety education of students.

小学教育作为教育的启蒙和基础阶段，受到人们的广泛关注，由于小学生年龄较小，学生的接受程度和教育方式都需要费心研究[1]。除了知识方面的教育，对小学生的德育教育和安全教育也十分的重要。在这个过程中，小学班主任起到重要的作用，班主任对小学生进行良性的引导和教育，会使学生在今后的生活中都有一个好的道德品质和强烈的安全意识。

1  德育教育和安全教育在小学教育工作中的重要性

小学生正处于对知识懵懂的探索和强烈的渴求的年纪，这个时候通过班主任对小学生进行德育教育和安全教育，对于学校教师和整个社会来说，都是十分必要且有益的。

1.1 可以帮助学生树立正确的三观

德育教育就是指对学生进行思想品德方面的教育，小学生的年纪比较小，在以后的成长过程中，需要一个正确的思想品德进行指引，所以这个时期的德育教育是十分必要的。……
