摘  要：新医科是“四新”建设的重要组成部分，旨在探索具有创新性和前瞻性的复合型医学人才的培养，以提升我国在国际舞台上的竞争实力。文章以新医科为视角，采用问卷调查的方式，通过分析西安市某医学院校英语教师的职业发展需求，有针对性地提出医学院校英语教师的研修培训方案，旨在促进医学院校英语教师专业性发展，提高复合型医学人才的培养质量，助力健康中国的建设。调查发现，绝大多数大学英语教师希望通过线上线下混合式培训模式学习医科知识、医学英语词汇和学术论文写作课。作者认为，学校和学校间、学院和学院间学习共同体平台的搭建是提高医学院校大学英语教师素质和实现教师自我发展的一个有效途径。

Abstract： New medicine is an important part of the construction of the "four news（new countryside， new urban areas， new industries and new environment）"， which aims to explore the cultivation of innovative and forward-looking compound medical talents， so as to enhance the competitive strength of China on the world stage. This paper， based on the view of new medicine， investigates the English teachers' needs for professional development of a medical university in Xi'an with questionnaire and puts forward the training program for English teachers in medical universities， aiming to promote the professional development of medical college English teachers， improve the cultivation quality of medical talents and boost the construction of "healthy China". According to the survey， most teachers hope to learn medical knowledge， medical English vocabulary and academic paper writing through online and offline training model. The establishment of learning community platform between universities and universities， schools and schools is an effective way to improve the quality and realize the self-development of medical college English teachers.

为适应新一轮科技革命和产业变革，教育部印发《关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》等文件，发布“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0版，重点强调“四新”（新工科、新医科、新文科、新农科）建设。新医科是指从人的整体出发，将医学及相关学科领域最先进的知识理论和临床各专科最有效的实践经验分别加以有机整合，并根据环境、社会、心理、工程等方面进行修正、调整，使之成为更加符合、更加适合人体健康和疾病诊疗的新的医学体系[1]。作为新时代医学人才培养的主阵地，高等医学院校肩负着培养素质高、创新能力强，以及具有国际视野的复合型医科人才的重任。……
