摘  要：创新性应用型人才的培养是地方性本科院校人才培养的目标和导向，实验实践教学是培养具有创新素质应用型人才的重要环节，开放式教学模式被认为是培养创新性应用型人才的良好途径。文章对植物组织培养实训的课程性质和特点、该课程实施开放式教学模式的基础、实施开放式教学模式的举措、取得的初步成效和存在的问题以及改进之处进行了概述，以期为地方应用型本科院校创新性应用型人才的培养提供一定参考。

Abstract： The cultivation of innovative and applied talents is the goal and orientation of talent training in local application-oriented colleges. Experimental and practical teaching is an important link in cultivating innovative and applied talents. Open teaching mode is a good way to cultivate innovative and applied talents. This paper discussed the nature and characteristics， the basis for the implementation of the open teaching model， the measures to implement the open teaching model， the preliminary results achieved， the existing problems and the improvements in the course of "Plant tissue training" in the hope of providing some reference for the cultivation of innovative applied talents local application-oriented colleges.

教学模式是在一定教学思想或教学理论指导下建立起来的较为稳定的教学活动结构框架和活动程序，不仅反映了课程设计者与实施者对待“学”与“教”的态度，还直接影响学习者的学习成效[1]。因此，在教学改革中，教学模式的改革是关键。由于传统教学模式已经不能适应时代发展的需要，近年来，针对教学模式开展的教学改革研究也较多，各种新型的教学模式在日常教学中被构建和实践。如案例式问题式学习教学模式被认为在临床带教工作中具有良好的教学效果，在医学专业学生授课过程中被广泛应用[2];双元互动教学模式被认为在积极心理学的教学过程中具有较好的效果，可以实现大学积极心理学学科教育和情感培养的双目标[3];清华大学针……
