摘  要：贯彻“三全育人”的教育方针，落实全国思政工作会议精神和习近平总书记关于教育的论述。通过对高职院校体育选项课融入课程思政元素的教学进行研究，在体育选项课中推进德育与体育相结合，教书与育人相结合，将爱国、敬业、拼搏、创新等精神，融入课程教学大纲、教案、教学设计当中，探索研讨、比拼、讲故事等形式方法，实现将思政元素融入实际体育选项课教学当中，将课程思政落到实处，最终通过体育和德育相互作用，提升学生品德修养。

Research and Practice on Teaching Reform of "Curriculum Ideological and Political Education" of Physical Education Optional Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： Implement the educational policy of "Three Complete Education"， implement the spirit of the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work and General Secretary Xi jinping's  exposition on education. Through the research on the teaching of integrating the ideological and political elements into the Physical Education optional course in higher vocational colleges， we should promote the combination of moral education and physical education， teaching and educating people， and integrate the spirit of patriotism， dedication， struggle and innovation into the curriculum syllabus， teaching plan and teaching design. Explore the forms and methods of discussion， competition and story telling， integrate the ideological and political elements into the actual physical education elective course teaching， implement the ideological and political elements of the course， and finally improve students' moral cultivation through the interaction between physical education and moral education.

習近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议中强调，要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现三全育人。以课程思政为目标的教学改革，既是对中华传统“德、智、体、美劳”“传道，授业，解惑也”中“德”“道”字为先的教学本质的回归，更是对“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”等问题的回应。该研究以体育选项课教学基础理论、课程思政理论为指导和在会议中提出的三全育人方针。在先期查阅文献资料的基础上，对部分陕西省高职院校进行体育教学融入课程思政元素的教学现状进行调研，掌握体育课程思政教学工作基本情况，为体育课程项群融合表的形成奠定基础;针对关键问题，有针对性地提出对策。
