摘  要：在乡村振兴战略的指导下，对河南城建学院产品设计专业的《专业考察实习》进行了教学改革，以长寿之乡—— 姚庄回族乡为实习地，以姚庄的“茶”文化宣传、金镶玉、心意六合拳的传承与发展、长寿豆腐的传统制作工艺、搁山棋的技法和以姚庄民宿为代表的助力姚庄旅游业发展为主要实习内容，设计了“七个阶段式”的教学实施新方案，依次为：准备阶段、调研实习阶段、方案筛选与指导阶段、二次调研实习阶段、创作阶段、展演阶段和成果转化阶段。依据此方案组织实施的实习教学，同学们参与度极高，设计服务对接与反馈较好，成果显著。

Rural Revitalization Strategy Promotes Practice Teaching Reform

—Take "Yaozhuang Hui Township" as an Example

Abstract： Under the guidance of Rural Revitalization Strategy， the teaching reform of Professional Investigation Practice of Product Design major in Henan University of Urban Construction was carried out. Taking Yaozhuang Hui Township， the hometown of longevity， as the practice place， taking Yaozhuang's "tea" cultural propaganda， Jinxiangyu， Xinyi liuhequan inheritance and development， the traditional production technology of longevity tofu， the techniques of putting mountain chess and Yaozhuang B&B as the representative Yaozhuang tourism development as the main practice content， a new teaching implementation scheme of "seven stages" is designed， which is as follows： preparation stage Research practice stage， scheme selection and guidance stage， secondary research practice stage， creation stage， exhibition stage and achievement transformation stage. The internship teaching organized and implemented according to this scheme has high participation of students， good design service connection and feedback， and remarkable results.

1  研究背景

党的十九大报告指出，农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题，必须始终把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作的重中之重，实施乡村振兴战略的提出，为新农村的发展指明了方向[1]。郏县姚庄回族乡茶食文化积淀深厚、特色突出，以三郎庙村为中心的饮食服务业源远流长。该乡审时度势，围绕新农村建设这一目标，本着因地制宜、科学合理、适度超前、着眼长远的原则，立足姚庄回族乡本土肌理，突出茶食文化、长壽文化、健康养生文化等特色文化优势，以农耕体验、乡村慢生活体验、特色住宿为主要功能，开发乡村旅游，进行了休闲农业、乡村度假、特色小吃等全局旅游规划，形成具有浓郁豫中乡村风格的旅游度假区。……
