Practice of medical immunology autonomous learning based on flipped classroom

[Abstract] Due to the influence of traditional teaching methods， the current college students' autonomous learning ability is generally low. To some extent， it affects the teaching quality of undergraduate medical education and the future career development of students. Medical education requires medical students to have the ability of lifelong learning. As a relatively new teaching method， the flipped classroom has the ability to guide students from passive learning to active and autonomous learning. In order to improve the quality of medical immunology teaching for undergraduate clinical medicine majors and achieve the goal of talent training， the teaching content of medical immunology adopts a flipped classroom teaching model. Teachers guide students to preview before class， and instruct students in the class. The teaching method of students' autonomous learning is constructed combining diverse evaluation methods， which has achieved remarkable results in the teaching process.

翻轉课堂自从在美国兴起以来，很快就风靡全球，它颠覆了传统的课堂教学模式，已经成为教育信息化和教学方法创新发展的热点话题之一[1]。翻转课堂是指教师给予学生更多的自由学习时间，通过利用现代的网络信息技术和资源，重新设计与规划课前和课堂内的教学方式，通过让学生课前自学教学视频和辅助教学材料完成知识的自主学习，而知识的内化则在课堂内通过学生对自主学习内容的展示以及教师在课内与学生之间的互动讨论和学生与学生之间的小组讨论来协助完成，从而形成了对传统课堂教学方式的翻转。大量研究表明，翻转课堂能够有效培养和提高学生的自主学习能力、协作创新能力，作为一种较新的教学方式，翻转课堂颠倒了传统的教学流程，使传统课堂上师生角色发生了转换，充分发挥了学生的作为学习主体作用[2-4]。翻转课堂的教学模式引导教育回归互动式启发性教学模式，将教学的重心从教师的教为主转向学生的主动学。因此，翻转课堂一经提出，就得到了广泛的关注。本教研室自 2017年开始，在我校临床医学专业本科教学中开展以医学免疫学网络课程“翻转课堂-自主学习”模式的探索和实践，学生课前先自主学习相关的课程内容，通过小组内讨论和解决问题，课堂分享知识。……
