Effect of evidence-based nursing combined with CBL mode in clinical teaching in the department of obstetrics and gynecology

[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with CBL mode in the clinical teaching in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 160 female interns of full-time junior college and undergraduate in our hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects， including 80 interns in the experimental group （evidence-based nursing combined with CBL mode） and 80 interns in the control group （traditional teaching method）. The examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results （1） Compared with the control group， the scores of medical record writing， skill examination， theoretical basis and case analysis were significantly higher in the experimental group （P<0.05）. （2） The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group in helping to master the key and difficult knowledge， enhance the ability of self-study， stimulate interest in learning， improve the ability of analysis， and strengthen the communication between nurses and patients and between teachers and students （P<0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with CBL mode can achieve good teaching effect and improve teaching satisfaction in clinical teaching in the department of obstetrics and gynecology， which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.

針对于专科护理专业学生，妇产科护理学时一门必修课程，有较强的实践性和极佳的理论性[1]。因受到了空间与时间限制，以及传统教学方式的单一性，使得在妇产科临床教学中应用这样的方式，已经难以满足护理人才的培养需求。而临床上的循证医学，是一种临床上新型的护理模式，通常兼顾着理论与实践[2]。CBL教学模式（Case-Based Learning）为高等医学教学所提出的案例教学模式，主要采用具体的案例教学，从而启发对教学内容的理解，有利于学生学习思维的培养，并且通过将CBL教学模式应用于妇产科学教学改革，带教老师可以更加生动地将妇产科知识传递给学生，学生能够更加精准有效地学习妇产科理论知识[3，4]。如果将循证护理融合CBL模式应用于妇产科的临床护理教学中，将有利于促进学生对妇产科基础知识的掌握以及提高其临床护理操作能力。因此本研究在妇产科临床带教中选择实施循证护理融合CBL模式，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

时间2018年9月至2019年6月160名全日制专科及本科女性实习生为研究对象，随机分成对照组和实验组各80名;对照组年龄19～20岁，平均（19.76±1.04）岁;专科生43名，本科生37名;观察组年龄18～20岁，平均（19.52±1.13）岁;专科生45名，本科生35名。两组学生一般情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。所有学生均自愿加入本研究。纳入标准：①均具有良好的依从性;②均已学习完妇产科护理课程，以及解剖学、生理学、基础护理、健康评估等基础课程。排……
