【摘    要】在新时期教育环境下，小班幼儿美术教育要贯彻知行合一的教学方针，切实提高小班美术教育的质量和效率。教师要重视对小班幼儿美术综合素养的培育，秉持知行合一的教学理念，切实改善教学现状，提高小班美术教学质量，激发幼儿对美术的学习兴趣，培养幼儿的创新能力。本文主要针对如何有效贯彻知行合一教学策略，提高小班幼儿美术教学质量展开讨论。

Practice of the Unity of Knowing and Doing in the Art Education of Children in Small Classes in the Kindergarten

【Abstract】In the new era of education， Art education in small classes must implement the teaching policy of the integration of knowledge and practice， and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of art education in small classes. Teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of children's comprehensive literacy of Art in small classes， uphold the teaching concept of the integration of knowledge and action， effectively improve the teaching situation， improve the quality of Art teaching in small classes， stimulate children's interest in Art learning， and cultivate children's innovative ability. This article mainly discusses how to effectively implement the teaching strategy of combining knowledge and action to improve the quality of Art teaching in small classes.

一、联系生活，知行合一

在美术教育中，理论基础虽然重要，但不是实施教育的唯一途径，尤其针对小班幼儿，再高深的理论基础也不如生活中的日常所见。所谓艺术来源于生活，也高于生活，这也是美术的魅力。因此，在小班美术教育中，幼儿教师要联系生活，做到知行合一，要切实结合幼儿的特性，激发他们对美术的学习兴趣。许多幼儿教师侧重理论讲解，却忘了结合实际，这也是小班美术教育一直达不到理想教学效果的主要原因。在进行美术教学时，幼儿教师要提供幼儿充分的美术资源，如，彩纸、画笔、彩泥等，让幼儿按照自己的喜好选择美术用品，然后让幼儿联系生活，画最喜爱的东西，增强他们的美术实践能力。教师在尊重幼儿想象力的同时，要对幼儿作出相应的教学指导。如，幼儿用彩泥塑造了他最喜爱的玩具车形象，可是作品有所欠缺，那么这个時候，幼儿教师要跟幼儿进行良好的互动沟通，“你用彩泥塑造的汽车形象非常棒，如果在这上面稍做修改就更好了。……
