【摘    要】小学阶段的学生年龄小，且受身心发展的限制，对于自身的行为不具备约束力，因此新课改对小学班主任的班级管理工作提出了更高的要求。班主任在进行管理工作时，应当充分运用沟通艺术，有效引导使生正确地约束自己的行为，建立和谐的师生关系，通过沟通解决班级中出现的各类问题。

Research on the Application of Communication Art in the Management of Primary School Teachers

【Abstract】Primary school students are young and are restricted by their physical and mental development， so they are not binding on their own behavior. Therefore， the new curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements for the class management of primary school head teachers. The teacher in charge of the class should make full use of the art of communication，  effectively guide students to correctly restrict their behavior， establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship， and solve various problems in the class through communication.

小学阶段的学生正处在成长的重要时期，小学时期的教育影响学生的终身成长。因此，小学班主任在进行管理工作时，应当注重沟通艺术的应用。沟通是实现班级管理工作的基础和前提，也是班主任和学生进行信息传递、情感交流的重要方式之一。在沟通的过程中，充分运用沟通艺术，才能够建立有效的交流，从而建立完善的师生关系，构建和谐的师生关系，学生才能健康成长，养成良好的品格，树立正确的行为习惯。

一、沟通艺术在小学班主任管理工作中的重要意义

沟通是生活和交际技巧，教师在管理工作中巧妙运用沟通艺术，能够建立新型和谐的师生关系，通过沟通促进与学生之间相互理解，更好地促进学生的学习。同时，通过沟通，班主任也能够及时了解学生的生活状况和学生的个性特点，根据学生的实际情况采取因材施教的引导方式，在实现学生全面发展的同时，促进学生的个性发展，体现素质教育的深层次理念。

从客观原因来看，小学阶段的学生由于心智不成熟，受身心发展的影响，因此对自己的行为后果缺乏理智的考虑，也无法有效约束自己的行为。……
