【摘  要】随着课程改革的不断推进，越来越多教育者发现，美术核心素养存在一定的特殊功能，能够提升并且完善学生的综合素质。现在，我国小学美术课堂在开发与创新中，乡土美术资源的开发与利用更具有地域特色，能更好地培养学生丰富的想象力，加深学生对乡土文化的理解，促使学生形成浓厚的乡土情结。因此，在小学美术教学过程当中，教师应从美育的角度合理开发乡土资源，提高学生对乡土美术的审美判断。

The Development and Utilization of Local Resources in Primary School Art Class

——Take “Pizhou Paper Plastic Lion Head”as an Example

【Abstract】With the continuous advancement of curriculum reform， more and more educators have discovered that the core literacy of fine arts has certain special functions， which can improve and perfect the comprehensive quality of students. Now， in the development and innovation of primary school art classrooms in my country， the development and utilization of local art resources have more regional characteristics， which can better cultivate students' rich imagination， deepen their understanding of local culture， and encourage students to form a strong local complex . Therefore， in the process of primary school art teaching， teachers should rationally develop local resources from the perspective of aesthetic education and improve students' aesthetic judgments of local art.

教育中的鄉土资源主要指的就是一些具有教育价值的环境资源，其中包括风土人情资源、自然山水资源、民间美术资源以及文化习俗资源。这些资源在小学美术课堂当中需要得到充分利用。邳州的乡土资源非常丰富，尤其以国家非物质文化遗产——邳州纸塑狮子头为代表。教师在展开乡土美术资源课程教学活动期间，更需要提升小学生的美术教学活动的有效性。还需要利用好乡土资源，让美术课程变得熠熠生辉，多姿多彩，激发学生对美术的学习兴趣，在学生对民间乡土美术资源理解的基础上，全面提升其美术的文化素养。

一、结合乡土资源创新美术教学方式

引进乡土资源的美术教学，教师更需要创新教学方法，以更合理、更巧妙的切入方式，与乡土资源融合展开教学活动。这一点在美术课堂教学中至关重要，它决定着学生对乡土资源热情度和对美术的学习兴趣，满足学生真实的学习需要。……
