摘  要：课程思政建设作为立德树人教育目标的重要环节，要坚持知识教育与价值引领的统一。《教师口语》作为小学教育专业核心课程，坚持育人为本，德育为先，对《教师口语》课程进行梳理，要立足课堂，明确正确的德育方向，将课程思政教学融入到教学实践中。积极拓深与思想政治教育相衔接的关键点，将显性教育与隐性教育相融合，贯穿于课程教学实践全过程。

Innovative Teaching and Practice of Teachers' Oral English under the Background of curriculum Ideological

and Political Education

Abstract： As an important part of the educational goal of Lide Shuren， curriculum ideological and political construction should adhere to the unity of knowledge education and value guidance. As the core curriculum of primary education specialty， Teachers' Oral English adheres to education oriented and moral education first. Combing the curriculum of teachers' Oral English should be based on the classroom， clarify the correct direction of moral education， and integrate the ideological and political teaching into the teaching practice. The key point of actively deepening the connection between ideological and political education and integrating explicit education and implicit education throughout the whole process of curriculum teaching practice.

堅持立德树人教育宗旨，全面构建高等教育发展新局面，响应教育部提出的“课程思政”教育改革战略，立足《教师口语》课程实际，优化课程教学内容，完善课程教学设计，注重课程思政元素的挖掘与展现，让大学生从《教师口语》课程学习中，将知识技能增长与人生观、价值观、世界观培养协同起来。《教师口语》课程涵盖普通话语音训练、教师教育教学口语、交际口语等模块内容，在课程思政背景下，要注重讲练结合，突出理论与实践的衔接，让学生从语言知识的学习与技能的训练中，夯实口语表达能力。目前，对《教师口语》课程中思政元素的整合太少，学生缺乏体验感。为此，着重从教学理念、教学实施、教学评价、教学反馈等方面展开探究，提出完善建议。

1  把握《教师口语》课程内容，明确课程思政教育目标
