摘  要：体能训练是警察培训教育工作中的主要内容，不仅是强化警察实践战斗能力的重要途径，更是提升警察意志能力及综合水平的关键因素。移动端系统与警察体能训练工作相结合，即可达到提升训练效果，强化训练效率的根本目标。该文通过将移动端系统与警察体能训练结合的意义、移动端系统与警察体能训练结合的实现进行分析和探究。

Design and Implementation of Police Physical Training System Based on Mobile Terminal

Abstract： Physical training is the main content of police training and education. It is not only an important way to strengthen the police's practical combat ability， but also a key factor to improve the police's will ability and comprehensive level. The combination of mobile terminal system and police physical training can achieve the fundamental goal of improving training effect and strengthening training efficiency. This paper analyzes and explores the significance of the combination of mobile terminal system and police physical training， and the realization of the combination of mobile terminal system and police physical training.

移动端系统的意义在于通过移动通信终端系统为现代生活及工作带来较强促进及辅助作用，其中具备多方面的优势作用。将移动端系统与警察体能训练工作充分结合，不仅可以充分突出体能训练的根本意义，同时还可以有效促进强化发展警察的综合素养，使其在较强的训练效率中掌握更加全面具体的体能知识。对此，公安院校等警察培训基地应当加强现代信息技术与移动终端系统的运用，以此促进提升体能训练的效果。

1  將移动端系统与警察体能训练结合的意义

1.1 促进明确体能训练目标

将移动端系统与警察体能训练工作相结合具有多方面的优势特点及重要意义，不仅可以有效规避传统警察体能训练工作中的不足，同时还可以促进发展警察综合体能水平，使警察体能训练工作更加全面化、高效化。将移动端系统与警察体能训练工作相结合的首要优势作用便在于可以有效促进明确体能训练的目标。……
